Who We Are
The Jefa in Training Circle is a membership community built for Latina entrepreneurs and thought leaders in the U.S. who are in both the idea and growth phases of their business or personal brand. Our members are dedicated to creating ventures that are not only profitable but sustainable, while building strong brands, forming strategic partnerships, and developing their thought leadership.
Our community is made up of service- and product-based founders, as well as thought leaders working on building their platforms. As multi-hyphenates, they manage multiple aspects of their professional life: they’re speakers, writers, course creators, and also consultants, agency owners, podcasters, publicists, mental health providers, apparel brand founders, and authors—just like you.

What to expect as a member of the Jefa in Training Circle:
Monthly Group Office Hours: Join our monthly group office hours (usually between 10 AM to 4 PM PST) where you’ll connect with your fellow Jefas to identify and tackle business blind spots, build your roadmap, strategize launches, and more. These sessions are the best way to get to know the other members, brainstorm ideas, and collaborate on challenges in a supportive group setting.
Monthly Interactive Workshops: Attend hands-on workshops designed to help you grow your business and thought leadership. Each workshop is designed to give you actionable takeaways that you can implement immediately. These are often taught by guest experts and added to our digital class library. My role is to help you uncover blind spots, develop growth strategies, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure you stay on track. While higher-tier members receive 1:1 calls, all members get feedback and guidance through the Circle exercises and our WhatsApp group.

My Long-Term Vision for the Jefa in Training Circle
Over the next five years, I envision the Jefa in Training Circle evolving into a community of a few hundred powerful, driven Latina entrepreneurs and thought leaders, united by the common goal of making a significant impact in our industries. My goal is for our community to be recognized as a leading space for thought leadership, connecting our members directly to publishing opportunities, speaking engagements, and PR initiatives. I see the Circle not just as a membership, but as a launchpad for groundbreaking collaborations, visibility, and growth.
Here are some key elements of my long-term vision:
Exclusive Partnerships and Scholarship Programs: I plan to expand our member benefits by forging exclusive partnerships with industry leaders, providing scholarships for underrepresented Jefas, and offering advanced learning tracks that help you continue to grow.
Speakers Bureau and Publishing Initiatives: Our community will work towards building a speakers bureau and establishing PR and publishing initiatives that open doors for members.
Annual Summit and Regional Chapters: I’ll also be introducing new ways to engage, including hosting an annual summit and regional chapters, fostering local connections while maintaining the strength of our global community.
Mentorship and Learning Opportunities: Through the creation of a mentorship program and a growing digital content library, members will have opportunities to both learn and earn by sharing their expertise with the Circle.
Monetization Opportunities for Members: I aim to build tools that not only support personal and business growth but also allow members to monetize their skills by contributing to our content library and other initiatives.
