How you grow, and what we build
Community marketing. Getting the people who already trust you to talk about you. Word of mouth, on purpose.
Business development. Turning relationships into partnerships, contracts, funders and invitations. Without cold pitching.
Thought leadership. Being known for an idea, so opportunities find you. Books, talks, writing and the platforms around them.
And then we build the thing. Programs, trainings, cohorts and event series that turn your expertise into something people join, funders back and partners want in on.
Trust already lives somewhere. You have to be let in.
Most growth plans assume you can buy attention and turn it into loyalty. People don’t work that way. They trust the people they already know: the friend who recommends, the group chat, the community leader, the creator they’ve followed for years. It’s why brands pay creators. They’re paying for trust someone else already built.
My work starts there. I call it Ecosystem Entry.
Step into their shoes. Understand how the people you want to reach actually decide.
Find where trust already lives. The people, groups and spaces they already listen to.
Enter through those relationships. Partnerships, programming and presence that earn the introduction.
Build something worth staying for. Community, programs and follow-through that keep people around.
Who I work with
Leaders wearing more than one hat, writing the book, running the organization, building the business, who want their thinking to bring them opportunities.
Organizations that need their communities to actually show up, join and stay.
Brands that want to reach customers who trust their own people first.
Ways to work together
Strategy Partner. Ongoing thought partnership for a leader building more than one thing at once. We build your growth plan, your partnership pipeline and your platform together, and I’m your sounding board before big decisions. Three-month minimum.
Program and event design. Your expertise, turned into something people sign up for. Trainings, leadership and entrepreneurship programs, cohorts and event series, built for the people actually in the room and designed to bring in revenue, funders or partners. I facilitate, or I hand it to your team.
Community revamp. For memberships and communities that stopped showing up. An audit of what’s happening and why, then a plan to get people joining, engaging and staying.
Speaking and facilitation. Keynotes and working sessions for teams, conferences and employee networks.
Every engagement is scoped in conversation. Tell me what you’re working on and your budget range, and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible. I work directly with every client, and bring in trusted specialists when a project calls for it.
Past partners include The Mujerista, Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Yelp, OwnTrail and Fairygodboss.
For multi-hyphenate entrepreneurs
Business therapy, not accountability check-ins.
I take on a small number of entrepreneurs each month, usually people building more than one thing at once who need a strategist, not a cheerleader.
Strategy Days, by application. A deep working day on everything you’re building, with a plan you leave holding. One per month. Reach out through the contact form to apply.
Why me
I’ve been on both sides of this. I built #WomxnCrush into a 10,000-member community across 15+ cities with no funding, just relationships, and I’ve been hired by organizations that couldn’t figure out why their people weren’t showing up. Most of the time the answer isn’t a better campaign. It’s who you know, who trusts you, and whether you’ve earned the introduction.
